Founded in 2001, HPA has extensive experience improving employee well-being through corporate programs that fit perfectly with our clients' culture, budget, and needs.

Our mission is to help patients and families improve their health and receive the best care possible. We accomplish this through our health management, wellness, pharmacy, and advocacy programs designed to help individuals navigate an often complex and inefficient health care system.
Our Story
When Health Plan Advocate was founded in 2001, its mission was to simplify health management and focus in on the individual. While our services have adapted over time, HPA still operates in pursuit of improving the health of each individual.
